How do I get in touch?

Use the contact form, or the Contact action in the app. Include your device, the version, and the route if it is route-specific.

Use the contact form. It reaches the developer directly. There is also a Contact action inside the app, under Support.

Include these, for a faster and more useful reply:

Which device and version. iPhone, iPad or Mac, and the app version.
Where it happened. A rough location, if it is about a map, a trail or a route that would not compute. Map problems are very often local to one area.
The route itself. If something is wrong with a specific route, export it and attach the GPX. See exporting a route.

TrailRunner Mini is made by one person. Replies are not instant. They come from the person who can fix the problem.
